Put together some ideas of what you want your space to look like, and we'll work to make it happen. During the design phase, we will work with one of our architect partners to create drawings for your project. To provide more specific pricing, it is always helpful to invest in project specific drawings initially. Depending on your specific project, the design phase may be completed at a different stage or may not be required at all.

Once all project details are confirmed and drawings are available, we will work to provide you with a firm quote for your project. (Prior to this step, an estimate range can be provided.) A detailed quote and contract will be provided via email. To get started on your project, we will require a signed copy of the contract plus a project deposit (as specified in the contract).

After project plans, a signed contract, and a project deposit have been received, we are prepared to submit all required documentation to the local city or county to obtain a permit.

Once a permit has been issued by the local city or county, construction can begin. Initially, we will complete any grading, footings, and foundation, as required. A portable toilet and trash container will be on-site for the duration of the project. The structure will be constructed quickly in most cases, and then slow down as we focus on all the interior details. Required inspections will happen periodically throughout construction.

Project length may vary from a few weeks to several months (or possibly longer) depending on your specific project. Once all construction and all required inspections are complete, a certificate of occupancy will be provided (or a notice of completion for smaller projects).
